Q. How long does the whole process take to sell my house?

A. The process is very quick and can be pushed along if your requirement is of an urgent nature. If necessary we can exchange in a matter of days.

Q. How long does it take for a survey?

A . As soon as we receive your enquiry form and speak to you, we will instruct an independent local RICS Chartered Surveyor.

Q. After my valuation/survey how long is it before I receive an offer from you?

A. A formal offer will normally be made within 48 hours of the valuation.

Q. How quickly do I need to vacate the property?

A. We can discuss this and agree on a mutually agreeable date. We will aim to accommodate you as much as possible.

Q. How much does it cost to sell my property?

A. Nothing. Zero. Zilch! We pay for your legal fees.

Q. Do I need a solicitor?

A. You will need a Solicitor. Due to the quick turnaround, we can recommend a solicitor that can complete the work very quickly.

Q. Will anybody know about the quick house sale?

A. Our sales are always strictly confidential. We do NOT put up any “For Sale” or a “Sold” signs up.

Q. I don’t have much equity in my property. Is there anything you can do to help?

Q. My property is in poor condition. Does this matter?

A. Not at all. The Fastest Property Sale are property buyers. We always buy properties that require updating and modernisation.

Q. If we are being repossessed, do we need to tell the people who are repossessing us?

A. No. You don’t have to do anything. The solicitor will talk to them and arrange for their loan to be paid and the stop the repossession.

Q. I have a survey and decide not to sell straight away, how long will you keep your offer?

A. All offers are valid for 30 days only. After that, we do reserve the right to review the offer.
