The Fastest Property Sale will complete the purchase of a standard property within 2-4 weeks subject to survey. In some circumstances we may require a trade builder’s report. The Fastest Property Sale are Property Trade Purchasers and as such we do not pay the full market value of a property. We usually pay 80% of the property value subject to factors such as the property type, size, condition, age and construction type. Our initial offer is conditional upon final survey and is subject to any adverse entries being revealed in the searches carried out against the property and any other matters which are subsequently revealed to us which could affect the market value of the property. Depending on the speed of purchase required by the seller, searches are sometimes not used as part of the buying process. In some circumstances, we will act as an agent for the seller if we decide not to buy the property ourselves.

We are not liable for any losses that are not a reasonably foreseeable consequence of our actions.

Initial valuations are based on an in-depth analysis of recent and similar property sales registered with the Land Registry taking additional consideration to the property size and condition.
